    During your intake session, you will have the opportunity to meet with a therapist and discuss your concerns, goals, and expectations for therapy. This session is designed to gather important information about your background, current challenges, and any previous therapy experiences.

Our Misson

When Lezlee Hays founded the independent practice in 2018, she named it after the neighborhood of orange groves surrounding her first office. She wanted to convey the idea that a grove of trees provides safety and cover. We emphasize in our practice the safety and autonomy of the client in our care, which we hope provides the client the space they need to grow and heal. We have since move to a newer office, but the imagery of the grove remains as an important reminder of our dedication to provide clients a space for safety.

  • Each EMDR, CBT Skills, DBT Skills, Narrative Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy and Expressive Arts Interventions Session is 50 minutes.

    The initial intake session may be longer to ensure the clinician has enough time to thoroughly assess your unique therapeutic needs & develop a treatment plan.


    Each Accelerated Resolution Therapy session is 90 minutes.

  • Intake sessions and clinical assessments are $145 per session.

    CBT Skills, DBT Skills, Narrative Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy and Expressive Arts Intervention sessions are $125 per session.

    EMDR Sessions are $145 and EMDR prework sessions are $125 per session.

    Accelerated Resolution sessions are $190 per session.

    Insurance: We do not take insurance at this time however our office can send you a Superbill to submit to your insurance for potential insurance reimbursement if your plan covers mental health counseling.

  • Yes, we offer tele-health services through our secure HIPPA compliant telehealth platform to residents of Arizona or Idaho state.
