How much does each service cost?

Clients can utilize Headway as a form of payment towards their service however clients are responsible for any remaining cost of the service not covered by their insurance through Headway. Clients will receive an exact cost breakdown once they have inquired about services and create their Headway portal with the assistance of our office staff.

What Insurance do you accept?

We accept insurance as a form of payment through our partner Headway.
This includes Aetna, Cigna, BCBS of AZ and MA insurance.

We are currently in the process of being credentialed to take additional forms of insurance however at this time we are not accepting additional forms of insurance outside the companies listed above.

Do you offer in person therapy options?

Yes, we offer in person therapy services at our Phoenix, Arizona office. Our office is located at 7330 N 16th Street Phoenix, Arizona 85018. We do not offer consultations in person due to the short nature of the 15-minute conversation.

We do not currently offer in person therapy options in Idaho.

Do you offer Tele-Health Services?

Yes, we offer Tele-health services across Arizona & Idaho through our secure client portal hosted by Simple Practice.

We provide virtual (Telehealth) therapy to residents across Arizona and Idaho including Phoenix, Tucson, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Scottsdale, Tempe, Peoria, Surprise, Yuma, Avondale, Goodyear, Flagstaff, Buckeye, Lake Havasu City, Casa Grande, Sierra Vista, Maricopa, Oro Valley, Prescott, Bullhead City, Prescott Valley, Apache Junction, Marana, El Mirage, Kingman, Queen Creek, Florence, Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Pocatello, Caldwell, Twin Falls, Lewiston, Post Falls, Sandpoint, Moscow, Eagle, Ammon, Hayden, Mountain Home, Blackfoot, Middleton, Burley and other major and minor areas in the states of Arizona and Idaho.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is each session?

Each session is 50 minutes with the following exceptions: The Intake session is typically 90 minutes to allow the clinician time to review your medical history, address your therapeutic needs and develop a treatment plan. Accelerated Resolution Therapy Sessions are 90 minutes. The consultation is 15 minutes.

Is therapy confidential?

Yes, therapy is confidential.

At Beverly Groves Therapy, we prioritize your privacy and maintain strict confidentiality. Our therapists adhere to professional ethics and legal requirements regarding client confidentiality. This means that the information you share during therapy sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone without your explicit consent, unless required by law. We encourage open and honest communication with your therapist about any concerns or questions you may have regarding confidentiality. Your therapist will discuss the limits of confidentiality and any applicable legal or ethical obligations with you at the beginning of therapy. Potential clients will sign consent forms prior to their consultation. Clients using Headway will sign additional forms through Headways practice policies.

How do I complete my Intake Paperwork?

To complete your intake paperwork, click on the link sent to your email. This will take you to our secure client portal hosted by Simple Practice where you can safely store your information.

What is a SuperBill?

A superbill is a document made for Insurance companies that details the services a therapist or health care provider performed for a client for potential client reimbursement. The superbill will contain an itemized list of all services provided to a client. The superbill will also contain additional information about the practice, codes and more that helps insurance companies provide client reimbursements for services.

What would my cost look like with insurance?

To find out if we accept your exact insurance email insurance@beverlygrovestherapy.com to find out your exact rate and how much your insurance will cover. Clients are responsible to pay the remaining portion of the service out of pocket if insurance does not cover the full cost of the service.
