My name is Grace Shivka! My pronouns are she/her. I focus on providing affirming, humanistic, and client-centered counseling for adolescents and adults. I believe each client is the expert to their own story and lived experience. As a counselor, I can provide a therapeutic lens combined with tailored coping skills, emotion regulation strategies and interpersonal effectiveness skills to help you navigate living with trauma, conflict, and other mental health challenges. Grace works with a wide range of adult and teen clients who have trauma, anxiety, depression, are struggling with interpersonal relationships or are navigating life transitions. Grace has extensive clinical experience working with clients diagnosed with anxiety, depression, BPD, OCD, ADHD and ASD. Grace has helped many clients with PTSD and trauma prepare for EMDR therapy.
